    Saturday workout:
    7 rounds of
    30 seconds hold chin over bar
    30 seconds hold L sit
    30 seconds hold squat (horizontal)
    30 seconds hold hand stand
    60 seconds max burpees

    96 burpees

    This is why I love the Saturday workout. Its always different and always fun.
