Mobility WOD

WOD:
“Lynne”

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds. (There is NO time component to the WOD. It’s total reps.)

**************************************************************************************************************

I came across this video on snatch this week…it’s great because every lift is in slow motion. You can see the athletes hit all of the positions (below the knee/mid-thigh/pockets) and explode to a BIG FINISH! The minute they generate the power to finish, they move their body down and around the bar. It’s AWESOME.

Post thoughts to comments.

Big congratulations to Karli on her PR Clean of 135#. Just missed 145.

Paukune, Dutch asked me to tell you that he has to cancel your next four sessions with him, and for you to focus exclusively on dumbbell curls.

Worst I have ever ripped my hands is this one. Couldn’t grip a bar for 10 days after.

Snatch club will have to be postponed till Saturday am. I forgot Lauren’s graduation pinning ceremony is at 5pm today.

Yeah congratulations Lauren! And nice clean Karli!!

That’s great Mackey!! I’m running it and I think Nick, Brent and Amy too.. and Newley. 🙂

Also, GUYS!! That free race is tomorrow, 8am. You can still register at the Ft. Worth Running Co. store today, that is also where the race starts. You can choose 10k (6.2 miles) or the half marathon. I’m running the 10k.

Got an update about Manton today. Thought the CF7 crew would appreciate this:

We also heard from his local recruiter today; Manton maxed out his PST (Physical Standards Test) on his first try. His reward is a cash bonus! Manton is the first recruit ever sent by this recruiter to max out his PST.
