    135# hang snatch
    9:06 on the metcon – I think I would have been faster if I wasn’t so distracted by Woodson’s grunts – it sounded like a moose birthing – I was slow on the push ups

    165# on the Hang Snatch
    9:07 Metcon – The whole lifting of the hands in the down position was a killer. Totally took me out of sync.

    65 hang snatch

    6:10 on metcon and I like how we have to lift our hands on PU’s, makes it that much harder.

    105# on hanging snatch…need serious work on this element. 6:06 on metcon. woodson definitely wins the award for most vocal xfitter during a WOD. way to go woodie.
