WOD:
“Farmer Cindy”

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
After every two rounds, 50m Farmers carry.

    Cody-I just asked Ryan that same thing…will post a schedule if anything changes, but for now (11am), assume the same class schedule.

    I did this WOD at the Y yesterday.. what was considered one round? Pull ups, push ups, squats? Not the carry? I did 12 rounds RX, how did ya’ll do so many?!! Jeez.. I got some weird looks too 🙂 I just blared my music and kept going..
