10 Pull-ups
10 Pushups

    10 rounds:

    15 kettlebell swings
    15 push ups
    15 sut ups

    hard to tell what time.. didn’t have stop watch.

    Many of the regular Roosters have gone into hibernation. Are they ever coming back?

    20:10 on the METCON
    scaled on did 7 pullups(no band) and 10 pushups

    Thanks Andrew! You did teach me everything I know.. I was really excited, I’ve only snatched 55# 😀

    15:14 metcon, slow but rx. Forgot to tape my hands, 100 pull ups later I have four open rips on my hands.. I tried to pack chalk in them to finish the last 10 pull ups. Didn’t work.
