Last weekend, I went to San Diego to work for Coach Burgener at the Olympic Lifting Cert, and while there, was able to do what he calls the “Old Geezer WOD” at Mike’s Gym. Don’t let the name fool you….I was WRECKED!! The WOD ends with a prowler and Burgener Barrow up and down the driveway…..Coach B is no geezer! He RAN up the hill, while I dragged the prowler up the hill and not very straight, I might add 🙂

    I just know I would have been there if I didn’t have this darn upper respiratory infection I’m still nursing. What was the temp inside the box?? Who were the other two?

    Man all of you who live close are lucky!! I am iced in and I am getting bored at home doing CF WOD’s at the house!! Hope to see you all soon, when I am done hibernating!

    My wallballs weren’t high enough. I have brought shame upon myself and the crossfit seven community. I will be awarded no points and may god have mercy on my soul
