Seven rounds for time of:
10 Burpees
8 Kettlebell swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)
6 Box jumps
4 Handstand pushups
2 Muscle ups

    Snow day!!!

    Found this video this morning: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhMX7BXSQyw&feature=related Great video to see all of the positions of the snatch (floor, below the knee, mid-thigh and FINISH!), as well as the vertical path of the bar from various camera angles. Note that the athletes stay over the bar as long as possible, and when they get that FULL extension, move their body down and around the bar very fast. AMAZING. I heard Coach B say last week, “Slow is smooth….smooth is fast.” Can you see it in the video???

    Sub for HSPU is 4 x 115# thrusters and for MU is 2 x 115# sumo DL

    i did the first round with 115# and the rest with 95#; the WOD was going to be too big a beast at 115#. 18:00

    Mental beating.

    I subbed the MU with SDHP – 14:24

    Thrusters were probably harder than handstand pu.

    Same substitutes as Walters but all 7 rounds with 95#.
    Total time was a very unimpressive 21:03. I went into a slight depression when I saw Dike finish sub 15:00 and I was beginning my 5th round.

    There’s no reason for Brent to not do muscle-ups. I’m calling you out. You’ve been fagging out on muscle-ups for over a year now.

    I had them. Even did 20 in a workout. Then they were gone one day.

    24:02 with some questionable HSPU and CTB pull ups for the last set of MU’s.
    Nick was strong through the whole WOD and then beat my 1:38- 100 double under time.
