The donations for the local Firefighters in Palo Pinto are coming in! THANK YOU!!!

I talked to my friend David, who is a firefighter at the fire station around the corner from CF7 and has ties to Palo Pinto. David posted the pictures below, and he said the pictures really do not show the magnitude of destruction in the area.

If you have additional donations, please bring them by Saturday! Thank you!

Cash (if you don’t have time to make it to the store!)
Dust masks
Lip balm (Carmex or Chapstick-style)
Eye drops
Anti-histamines or allergy medicines
Ibuprofin or Naproxin
Gatorade (powdered and bottled)
Nutritious snacks
High-protein nutrition bars
Sunscreen, especially 50+ SPF
Wet wipes & hand sanitizer
Garbage bags

    23:54 rx – I thought it was only one round – was mad when I found it was two rounds – should have paid attention – last round of push ups and wall balls hurt – I did enjoy the Daybreak WOD afterwards – who was the fat old guy who flashed his scars across his belly??? Dike, Ryan???

    PAU-KUNE – I officially met Tommy yesterday when I was the only patron at Daybreak. He sat at my table.

    I think he and Ryan go way back though.

    The scar was his quadruple bypass from eating Daybreak for breakfast every morning.

    Geaux crossfit, Barton Rouge style this morning. Fitness Lokey represented for cross fit seven. It was a big class of me and one other guy. Haha. Guy didn’t have a chance. Cross fit seven wins a again.
