35 Double Unders

This 17 year old is part of CrossFit Thoroughbreds in Florida. He is currently training for the Games and can overhead squat 340 lbs.!

    Kelly has been posting mobility stuff specifically for the games wods. So if your still planning on doing the games wod #3, you might check out episodes 216 and 217 from the mobility wod.

    19:55 with 115#, 20# ball, 120 skips per round

    unbroken did not happen in any segment.

    17 somethin….75#, 12 # lb ball, but more importantly, I did ALL double unders (not unbroken but getting there!)

    17:18 I broke everything except the 1st round of Bear Complex.

    I think my time was 22:21. Rx. That workout CRUSHED me and had me defeated. The way I felt I’m kinda surprised I actually finished it.

    I think the competition website is finally working just so ya’ll know.. I just re-entered all three of my scores and they are waiting to be validated. Go team!
