    That’s some pretty good blogging by that lady but I must say I think Pau-Kune could have won a Pulitzer with his reporting of events at the 0600hrs class yesterday. I felt like I was there. Capital!

    Genius me did the first round of J.T. before the workout and then thought it would be a good idea to do the wod Rx. That pipe dream fell flat on its face after the first 5 push presses. No lesson was learned today.

    20ish. Lots of interruptions when I Wod at home. 85lbs and lunges with 25# overhead.

    Ran out of gas near the end of round 1 – not a good sign! Totally should have picked a lighter weight! I do appreciate everyone’s encouragement today – it helped me tremendously! THANK YOU!!!
