WOD:
Five rounds for time of:

5 Back squats (225 lb./165 lb.)
5 Weighted box jumps (35 lb./25 lb.)
25 Kettlebell swings, unbroken (1.5 pood/1 pood)

Rest three minutes between rounds. Post splits or total time to comments.

    To Nick and all you other Aggies:

    Since our men disappointed a couple of weeks ago by both losing to FSU and therefore didn’t have a March Madness showdown, seems like our women decided to represent and play in the national championship game tonight.

    I REALLY liked this WOD! Did 145# and 1 pood KBS. Just what I needed to fight allergy head 🙂
