    Happy Birthday Andy!!!

I got this WOD last night and was so happy to see squat cleans and a run. Was practically giddy all day knowing squat cleans were on the agenda this afternoon…..unfortunately, this WOD went nothing like I had envisioned in my head. Things went south pretty quickly, and I am amazed at how fast my back can tighten up sometimes… I want to try this WOD again another day.

Ryan, I am so sorry I broke the chalk all over the floor after you had just cleaned it. Such an Amie thing to do! Thank you for sweeping it up for me!

Squat cleans made Jo angry. So did Farmer Carry.

    17:19 with 1.5 pood.

I told Max happy birthday today and he said he hates everyone who never talks to him wishing him a happy birthday. I quickly revoked my happy birthday.

Regardless, he did get first place in the Max Effort Division at his first Ju-Jitsu competition. A well executed triangle forced his larger opponent to tap out. Well done Max.

Wait, someone has actually seen Max recently? I won’t say happy birthday, because at his age I am sure he is over the whole celebration thing.

    21:42 Rx (95 and 1.5)

26: 05 Rx. Farmer’s carry were tough. Great workout though. Didn’t think I would complete it Rx but did.
