    8:10 single one footed skips. 45 lb on weighted pull ups. Going to try the work out again today. Hopefully my ankle is strong enough to do double unders.

    Just so y’all know – I got a very painful stress fracture in my right foot yesterday and I’m pretty sure it’s related to my Vibrams. Watch out!

    I’m not sure what I should have done differently – I’ve been wearing them for CF and short runs for about four months now. The past few weeks, I started noticing my arches were hurting after CF and it hurt a little to walk, but I didn’t really pay attention and it would go away the next day.

    I went on a short three mile run yesterday and my right foot started hurting. Being a hard core Crossfitter, I ran on. Finally something popped in the middle of my right foot and I limped the rest of the way. I’m on crutches now and can’t put any weight on my foot. It hurts all the time.

    Anyway! Does anyone know what I’m talking about? 🙂 From what I read online, it’s the repeated pounding on the balls of your foot that make you prone to a stress fracture.

    So Vibram people be careful! If it starts to hurt back off!
