WOD:
Power Clean 2-2-2-2-2

followed by Pull-up & Push-up ladder:

First minute: 1 pull-up, 1 push-up
2nd minute: 2 pull-ups, 2 push-ups
3rd minute: 3 pull-ups, 3 push-ups
…..Continue until you cannot complete the round in the alloted time. Post rounds to comments.
