**Deck pistols: start on your back and roll up to one leg. It looks like this, but you start on your back:
On the power snatch, remember to focus on jumping and landing, receiving the bar above parallel (no squat). Be PATIENT and allow yourself to finish the pull, and most of all, be aggressive! Listen to Coach Burgener talk about aggression and the lifts:
