100 Double-unders (sub is 5 skips/1 DU)

CrossFit for a Cause!

There are several great WODs and events this month around the CrossFit community to raise money for various programs. One is Beat the Streets, benefiting Steve’s Club. Another one is Carry the Load, benefiting local Veterans, which also ties in to the annual CrossFit tradition of MURPH Memorial Day challenge. Ryan also participates in an annual spring event benefiting KinderFrogs.

CrossFit Seven will participate in these events in some fashion, and we want to help raise money for each event. This week, you will see a bucket in the lobby, “CrossFit for a Cause”. Drop in your change from your lunch, or the loose change you have rolling around in your car to help support these causes! We will collect money over the next month, and whatever is collected will be donated to these causes! Help us raise $300 or more! Donate today!!

    Did Helen today. She promptly punched me in the face, and I didn’t so well on time. That’s ok though. Slow Helen is better than no Helen at all.

    Didn’t do the C&J today – 6:13 on the double unders…wasn’t pretty but got through all of them
