The CrossFit Games South Central Regional is this weekend! Curtis, Lucas, Mark F., Kristin, Summer and Lauren will all compete on the CF7 team. There will be two team WODs on Friday and two on Saturday. Several of you have said you may try to come out to cheer on the team – venue details are here.

We have a couple of team rooms available, and other hotel space in Houston will be limited at this point. If you want to go and stay overnight, please let us know so that we can make sure to link up with all of our CF7 peeps on the road!

    warmup: 500 jump ropes, 35 push ups, 25 squats, other bs
    pre wod: tabata box jumps (low round 7)
    wod: 10 rounds (10 sumo deadlift high pull 95# rx, 10 pull ups) 24:10 hard to catch your breath
    post wod: 2 x 2:00 planks – hard as well
