    I’m excited to see everyone’s thoughts/times/etc. on this WOD! I knew I wasn’t going to be in today and did this WOD yesterday – 95#, reps 15-12-6 – 9:01. Loved it — any day that includes OHS is a good day!

    For folks on the Lean Out mission. We all know ya cant do it with exercise of course, Paleo is super healthy but there is a nuance to losing weight – ya gotta kill the carbs and may need to restrict calories beyond that. The Original Paleo guy to my mind is Mike Eades M.D. His website has a couple of great posts on the hassle of getting into fat burning mode:

    6:10 @ 65 – way too light. Been doing a lot of Back Squats lately in the Starting Strength program. Simple and good results.

    In preparation for Kauai Pig for Kristin’s party, I went by CM to get a pork shoulder. A young Vegan couple were observed grazing on various bits of starvation fair. Pale sickly looking with no muscle tone – now that is an eating disorder.
