I won’t be here for this one…I’m going to CA to be a volunteer at the GAMES! I can’t wait to see all the athletes. If you haven’t seen the workouts, they are posted and have some great skills including an ocean swim, handstand walk for distance, and softball throw for distance…what will they think of next?! http://games.crossfit/finals/workouts

15:17, 150, DQ’d. Ryan flunked me for not going parallel on some wallballs toward the end, but gave me a high five and a pat on the rear for effort. The 2nd 800m run, the first minute + of it felt like my lungs were working at about 8% capacity. Good lung suck workout.
17:23 – 20#/100 reps
considered 150 but thought better of it after JT and burpee/pullups for the last two days.
14:59- Karen made the second 800 a little wobbly

Thanks to Curtis and Squared for the motivating words at the end. Not quite as good as R4’s butt slap, but appreciated nonetheless.
