10 Kettlebell swings
10 Box jumps
10 Pull-ups
20 Sit-ups
200m Run

    Almost finished 3 rounds. Over half my time was spent on the pull ups.

    This wod looked like a total beast so I opted for doing the wod from yesterday that I missed. Only 3 (incredibly slow) rounds, 28:48

    Managed 3 rounds with just 2 seconds to spare ;-)) Ditto Rusty – the pullups were the killer.
