MWOD 261, The perfect push-up lie detector

I tried the Gymnastics WOD of Tabata plank walks on Sunday – give it a go! It’s tough!! You “walk” in the plank position for twenty seconds, then rest for ten seconds for a total of eight rounds (four minutes of work).

Can you walk on your hands? Check out the GWOD progressions to kick up to a handstand:

I’m looking forward to trying the overhead squat variation of the turkish getup. It’s demonstrated on MWOD 261 at 3:35 into the video.

15 rounds even. Beat Karli for the first time in a very long time. Gloating quietly.

Wow you really beat Karli at something? Although given what she did before the WOD, it’s a little like my gloating of beating Paukune at something after he runs 5 miles to CF7 wearing a weight vest, but gloat I do. Crushed him (again) this past Saturday making it two weekends in a row.

A pity he didn’t bother to show up to see it.

Our web guy fixed the flow of posts for me, so the RunFit and LeanFit WODs will only appear in their respective tabs now! Be sure to look for them there, and if you do one, please post to comments!
