    165# on the power cleans

    i can’t do DUs so i dislike Annie; first set did 1s and 2s; second set did 6 in a row; 3rd i hit 11 in a row; then 9 in the 4th. 13:25

    i am ordering the buddy lee this morning.

    Ryan an I were talking about weightlifting yesterday (big shock) andI brought up a lifter from Romania who looks like a skinny nobody. If you put this guy in a lineup with Curtis, Lucas, Ryan, and even me, and had to rank who can lift the most, he would be picked dead last every time.

    Annie is one of my favorites cause it plays on my only 2 strengths…
    Had a bad run of du on the 50, but the rest were unbroken

    I think Ninel needs to work on his speed through the middle. Other than that, he’s pretty solid.

    Good tip Lucas, I texted Ninel and let him know. He is going to focus on speed through the middle today. I also added that if he wants to beef up those arms and legs he can do some lawn mowers and calf raises.

    GREAT DAY TODAY!!! Worked on snatches before WOD, then did the power clean part – that was FUN! Angie and I followed it with the new HERO WOD, “Morrison” – 50-40-30-20-10 wallballs, box jumps and KBS – TOUGH! I am so tired, and my legs are smoked. Rest day tomorrow 🙂
