LeanFit is new programming for CrossFit athletes who prefer more metcon WODs and little/no weightlifting. LeanFit will not include weighted movements and will focus on running, rowing, and body-weight exercises like pull-ups, push-ups and squats. LeanFit will model the daily WODs but will not include heavy lifting. LeanFit WODs will begin the week of July 4th.
Daily LeanFit WODs will be posted in the LeanFit TAB above! If you are interested in LeanFit, commit to follow the programming for four to six weeks and see how you feel. It is not advisable to “cherry pick” WODs throughout the week, mixing and matching between the main WOD, RunFit and LeanFit. PICK ONE and stick with it for optimal results.
