RunFit is new programming for CrossFit Seven runners! If you like to run and add CrossFit elements like pull-ups, air squats, burpees, and box jumps to your run, this program is for you! RunFit WODs will begin the week of July 4th.
Daily RunFit WODs will be posted in the RunFit TAB above! If you are interested in RunFit, commit to follow the programming for four to six weeks and see how you feel. It is not advisable to “cherry pick” WODs throughout the week, mixing and matching between the main WOD, RunFit and LeanFit. PICK ONE and stick with it for optimal results. Track your progress by posting WOD results to comments, and as always, let us know your feedback!
