    The floor.

    Start CrossFit when I was younger.
    4. Workout or movement that elicits the most groans in your affiliate:
    Anything in the heat.
    5. Coolest WOD:
    All of them.
    6. Favorite CrossFit saying:
    Iron Sharpens Iron.

    be mandatory.

    Bo – the floor?? haha! That’s funny!

    1. Describe your gym culture in one word: Encouraging

    2. Most used piece of gear in your gym? the pull-up bar

    3. Advice you wish you had been given: I’ve been given great advice by great people, so I’m not sure on this one….

    4. Workout or movement that elicits the most groans in your affiliate: Probably burpees, followed closely by snatches

    5. Coolest WOD: I like the team WODs on Saturday morning -those are fun!

    6. Favorite CrossFit saying: “3,2,1 Go!” ; I also like “You are in CrossFit who you are in real life”

    7. Complete the sentence: CrossFit should . . . not have our Regionals outside in June. 🙂

    Running after squats and box jumps was tough; it was hard to get my legs moving. Thanks to Amy for the encouragement on the last round.

    15:09 Rx The run was hard after square abs box jumps.
    Enjoyed it though.

    13:20 Rx at the 4:15 class. This is a great all around workout.
