2 Front squats

As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

4 Handstand push-ups
5 Static pull-ups
12 Squats

    7 or 8 rounds – can’t remember; did press for hspu and some ended up as push press 115# and 95#

    First day back at school, and I am wiped out!! Did the strength part of the WOD today – 125#. Shoulder is crying for rest, so I skipped the WOD part. Am anxious to hear how the pm classes did on it!

    First day checking out crossfit seven, definitely enjoyed it!

    Strength: started at 185#, finished at 205#

    WOD: 7 rounds
