    That rowing link is OK for real rowing. And if any body wants to mess with that give me a holler when/if it rains again.

    But…

    A rowing machine is not a rowing shell. Have a look at the vids from the xfit games.

    You want to add a step that you could not do in a boat, finish with an arm pull to mid chest leaning way back, it makes you taller.

    Great tips on rowing this morning – gald I got up early to work on that skill.

    Half-moons (from Saturday’s WOD) are the devil….my hamstrings are SO SORE! I was fairly certain they were going to pop right off at any moment today…many thanks to Ryan for helping me stretch after WOD….

    Super tight hammies made for a rough WOD today – tough going. 24:05 (soooo slow)…ground to overhead was the easy part (95#), subbed row for run.
