    We were talking about most dreaded WODs the other day…..mine is Kalsu. I did a scaled version (thrusters at Fran weight), and I was absolutely destroyed. Never again.

    16:18 un-RX’d because my double under skills amount to that of a 89 year old. Ryan2 and I had a good good time after the WOD though, if anyone is interested in trying something new. He was so nice to show me what Down Down Tabata Squats are. If you haven’t done them- check them out sometime – they are neato.

    13:10 rx, last round was the worst, couldnt get anything going for me.

    235 Power clean
    10:25 WOD. I had to do sets of 5 on the last round of KB swings.

    I have a healthy respect for Fran and Helen. They both hurt and for some reason expect that I have to PR from the previous attempt.
