    SC: 155# push press

    WC: 25:37, although PAU-KUNE says the clock is still running. Evidently I have been DQ’d on today’s WOD because I exited the box through the wrong bay for the 200m runs. Personally, I feel that you should have to be a crossfitter to judge a crossfitter. Stick to your LeanFit and mind your business.

    Crossfit Evergreen Colorado… I inadvertently stumbled into their gym running an errand here and they were training for Fight Gone Bad. My WOD… hitting the trails on my mountain bike. No burpees required.
