    23:12, subbed 3x single-unders

    Two for the price of one coaching special at the rooster class this morning. If you weren’t there you missed out. Nice to have an extra set of eyes to make sure Lokey wasn’t cheating.

    Also rumors of an upcoming challenge possibly involving a WOD, beer, or In-N-Out Burger. Who knows, maybe all three.

    Had to scale the sit-ups in half, but did everything else. Pretty cool to do 100 push-ups!

    13:39 — set of 50 double unders was tough, hand release was tough.
