Pull-up technique

WOD:

Pull-up/Push-up ladder!

First minute, do 1 pull-up and 1 push-up. At the top of the 2nd minute, do 2 pull-ups and 2 push-ups. At the top of the 3rd minute, do 3 pull-ups and 3 push-ups. Continue until you can not complete the assigned pull-ups and push-ups within the minute.

    The video reminds me of Paukune arguing with himself.

    11 full rounds then push ups on for 12 – 15

    then when you think it is over add 100 sit ups to your WOD

    10 round full rounds then failed on round 15.

    Failed due to hand rippage @ 9, then 20 push-ups, and the 100 sit ups

    Worked on cleans and hand stand walks…much more work needed!
