Rest days are IMPORTANT, and it’s one of the things we as CrossFitter’s struggle with most. I typed in “rest days” in the search box to the right and found most every member profile pops up with a mention of how little we all like to rest. However, your body craves rest as much as your heart craves that next PR. Great gains are made on rest days. Take advantage of them. Take care of your body, and when it says it’s time to rest, REST.

    1st Crossfit in almost 2 weeks… so there’s my force field for coming in last place in the Roosters at 11:45 RX. But I did set a PR deadlift with 355lb.
    I agree with the pole dancing music- although Ryan you were enjoying and getting down on that Pink song.

    WOD – 7:39 RX (left 20lb on for 11 box jumps)

    I am still sore from Moday too. Deadlifts will cure that.

    Unbelievably sore from Monday. Had trouble walking today. Love it when that happens.

    365#, decided not to push it for the same reason no one else did today. Had a death grip on the railing this morning when I struggled down my stairs.

    9:09 on 20# pullups / jumps
