    WC: 18:23, subbed 95# shoulder press for HSPU

    Did FS on Wednesday – PR 170 # – woo hoo! Had to miss WOD today – went to PT to get insoles made! Pretty excited to be able to run and jump soon….

    Run was 3:50, row was 3:49. That math does not make me happy on the HSPU.

    FS 205#. New PR
    WOD 15:49. My thanks go out to Curtis who tricked me into running a lot faster. He was my pace setter as I was the only guy in the 5pm class. HSPU ouch. Used one abmat about 10 in. 3:56 on the row. Thanks Ryan and Curtis for pushing me through.
