1 minute rest, followed by:
Max rep pushups in 3 minutes
2 minutes rest, followed by:
Tabata squats

    Two hours after the workout and still have not regained full use of my legs.

    Amie, great post about common crossfit mistakes…I can say that I’ve probably been guilty of all of them…can’t wait to get back in town to wod again!

    Sitting outside Starbucks, killing time until open house — oh my goodness the weather outside is AMAZING!! I’m really jealous of the pm crews today who get to do WOD! 🙂

    Curtis and half the gym stomped me today!

    BW Squats @ 190# – 31 reps in 2 min

    Pushups – 55 in 3 min (big weakness)

    B2B Tabata Squats – 90

    Total: 176 reps
