5 rounds for time of:

3 Power cleans (185 lb./125 lb.)
7 Burpee box jumps
200m Sprint

Rest 5 minutes, then complete max number of kettlebell swings (53 lb./35 lb.) in 2 minutes

    I did leanfit in rooster class outside – somebody was doing these burp box jumps next to me on the tires and it didn’t look human how fast and how high he was doing them. Very impressive!

    10:22 RX. 44 KB’s. Get lots of chalk or gloves for KB’s as they get real slippery into your second minute. I did 31 the 1st minute then a whopping 13 the 2nd minute.

    11:39 165# for 2 rds then peeled to 155# for 3 rds.

    41 KBS with 1.5 pood

    3 week layoffs with poor eating and other excessive habits does not make me feel good coming back. Takeaway – don’t get hurt and take your warmup serious.

    Not sure about the time on the wod – clock issues at the Rooster class – 160#

    Walters – you only did 32 KB swings due to all your “no counts”

    I didn’t notice anything wrong with the clock. You take the time showing when you finished and subtract the time showing when you started. Paukune, who ties your shoes in the morning or is that why you wear loafers?
