    #250; 8:24. Interesting workout. Don’t drop the OVH squat- I got a no call from Ryan2 on I think the 4th of my 4 rep round and I lost a solid 15-20 seconds regrouping physically and mentally, getting the weight back up there locked out, and then finishing that last rep. The push ups start getting hard oh I don’t know around the set of 8.

    345# Back Squat (Huge 30# PR!!!)

    WOD: 7:12 Rx – I agree with Angie, the OHS felt awesome after warming up the hips on the BS, the pushups felt not so great and slowed me down significantly!
