    Still need a few more stand up paddle boarders…please come out &learn this new skill…we will meet 2:45 on Sat afternoon, head out to Grapevine, paddle, then hit dinner! It’s probably the last good weekend on the water & it’s only $35.

    1210. Running is not that much fun after back extensions. Good turnout this morning.

    I like how nothing fires up the message board like a little Lockey / ‘stache chatter.

    19:37 I like the game of tag Squared had us do during the warmup, takes me back to elementary school. I’d like to suggest Red Light, Green Light for next time.

    Started a strength cycle this week in addition to WODs – legs are pretty smoked! PRd front squats (170#) – many thanks to Andrew for the encouragement and coaching!! Also, thanks to Ryan for helping me find my jerk footwork again – it’s been lost for a little bit, but now it’s found πŸ™‚

    WOD – 18:57 — super slow. Legs and feet were not cooperating, hahaha….
