    5 rounds plus one wall climb; not sure there was a lot of climbing the walls in the later rounds. zaps the shoulders.

    9 complete rounds stopped at 19:27, I was done and didnt want to do any more. But I did win. Fitness Lokey is back!!!

    Lokey – they were L pulls not toes to bar pullups. Where is the footnote. I will give it to you on your grasshoppers. Solid!

    Clark- my L pull ups were checked out by the boss, he said I was good to go. Your dead hang pull ups with no L where kind of suspect. Look more like a “Y” pull up. Oh and nice job on 6 rounds.

    7 rounds 2 wall climbs, L pull ups had some kipping going on, not exactly “Ryan” standard. shoulders are sore!
