Last year we had a good CF7 representaion at the Cowtown half marathon. If your interested in competing or simply testing your limits, register with the CrossFit 7 Team. (There are discounts for registering early so don’t wait till the last minute!)

    9:44 with 135# then think your done and be told you have 30 burpees and 100 sit ups to finish. Happy T-day to all!

    11:03 at 200#. I wanted to string together the 25 squats until I briefly forgot my own name.

    12:31, 130 lbs. Great WOD – really liked it! I lost some time in the middle changing from lifting shoes to running shoes, but it’s all good 🙂
