    170 lbs back squats PR
    11:41 55 lb push press. gosh.. 6 am class had all girls today!! haha

    285 # back squat PR
    10:54 on the WOD with 95# push press. That last set of push press took awhile.

    285 # / 11:00 R to the X biatch.

    That was a doozy of a weight for 4 rounds. Don’t get to say this much… but the row was the easy part.

    Enjoyed the Lockey Irish shuffle this morning.

    Good rooster class this morning. The wod was to much for me, so I lean fitted my ass off this morning. And I won.

    10:37 with 95# on WOD

    315# on the back squat

    10:50 ish??? I couldnt remenber exactly when I started which is kind of important but oh well with 95#.

    Hi-light of the morning was watching Lokey dance around like drunk leprechaun.

    335# back squat

    skipped the metcon, worn out from mon / tue, just did some 135 x 5 pp’s to make it feel like I was doing something
