    A friendly reminder – PLEASE (please!!!) make sure to pick up all of your weights, ab mats, wall balls, jump ropes, etc. etc. etc. when you finish a WOD. THANK YOU!

    18:30. After five months of CF, I think that was the most painful WOD I’ve done so far. Something about the run followed up with the box jumps and then wall balls without rest and Aime pushing you along…wonderfully brutal!
