Pull up Push ladder:
1 pull-up, 1 push up the first minute
2 pull-ups, 2 push ups the second minute……. continue as long as all reps can be completed in the minute.

    14 rounds RX; total 19 rounds of pushups plus 17 pushups.

    The chesticles are going to be sore tomorrow.

    12 rounds plus 15 push ups… My arms are felt like they were going to fall off! Like this WOD

    Then timed out after 17 rounds of push ups

    12 rounds of pull ups and push ups with skinny purple band…timed out after 19 rounds of just pushups.
