    Lean : 15:22 w 3 min rest. Sub was singles. Need to work on double unders. Glad to see some new faces this am.

    16:39 lean – 45 lb thruster/35 lb SDHP. I did the flipping double unders…most of which were 1 at a time. Damn jump rope!

    overindulged this weekend and the results this morning were no bueno

    185# awful form but i got it
    125# on WOD in 7:30 – my brain and left arm werent comumunicating

    7am to 4pm
    HQ Staff visits Dallas-Fort Worth affiliates during their open’s events
    6:00pm Billy Bob’s Texas
    6:00 – 6:45pm – Cocktail hour
    6:45 – 8:30pm – BBQ Dinner with Coach Glassman with Q & A 8:00pm – House band kicks off the action
    10:30pm – Josh Turner takes the stage
