Work to a heavy Push Jerk

3 rounds for time of:

20 Wallballs
5 Hang snatches (135 lb./95 lb.)

followed by 75 weighted sit ups (not timed)

Post push jerk loads, WOD time to comments.


In CrossFit, a lack of flexibility can really hinder your performance. A dedicated program to stretching, foam rolling and mobility WODs will “change your life”, as Scott says! 🙂 I came across two specific MWODs that were recently posted and relate to Olympic Lifting.

    4:42 with way less weight then RX I’m really trying to get good technique on the lifts. Thanks for all the help tonight with lifts and muscle ups.

    Great 4:15 class today! I really appreciate Lauren and Yeagar keeping me on track – I get so fired up with the Oly lifts, I forgot we had a WOD to do afterwards 🙂

    5:30 at 115#. Started getting sloppy on the snatches after a few dozen wallballs.
