    I woke up in the middle of the night Monday and saw these ab skates on tv – https://www.abskates.com/ I was trying to explain them at the gym, but you just have to see…..Interesting is the only word I can use to describe them…..

    Firstly – the blog for whatever reason won’t let me post from my phone anymore??

    Thruster: 215#
    WOD: 14:30rx’ed, which is incredibly slow….shoulder wasn’t happy after this one.
