WOD:

“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

    44 (7-7-12-18) can’t believe Lokey got 56…. Oh, that’s right he did sit ups the whole time!! Haha

    I need a do over due to my poor strategy and math skills I got 37 not 47 I’m glad Ryan was there to burst my bubble I will Be doing this again very soon this doesn’t sit well .

    After a month of lean and a full week of xfit 29 is my score. Ba strategy on the pull ups with the purple band, which I’m not sure really helped me, ha! 3+6+10+10. One of my favorite work outs so far!!!

    40 (3+9+12+16). Pull-ups killed me…first time not using a bad in a WOD though! Yippee!!!
