25 Wallballs
30 Double unders

There are things in life that seem really difficult to me….things like, skydiving for example –why jump out a perfectly good airplane??….Or snatching 300 pounds — people way smaller than me can do it, therefore, I should be able to as well :)….and then, I see something that I just can wrap my mind around….

I’m pretty sure snatching 300 pounds would be easier than this:
