    I wish that I would have used 75 lbs.

    Rusty what weight did you use?

    I used the bar for the 1st 10 then added 10s to take it up to 65 for the last 10. I’d start higher and if I had problems, I’d take weight off.

    Cool Rusty. I started with 10s for first four or five rounds, then went to bar. That was a good WOD…
