The CrossFit Games Open 2012

The Games season is an exciting time in CrossFit!! The first WOD will be released Wednesday night and must be completed by all CF7 team members by Sunday night. At the end of five weeks, the top three men and top three women will make the team that advances to Regionals….
…But in order to get to Regionals, our entire team has to work together to win/earn a spot. Over the next five weeks, we all must push each other to get every rep, every minute off the clock, every task completed in order for our team to be in the top 30 teams in our region. The fun comes in the discovery of just how far you can push yourself beyond what you thought possible.
We will have Games WODs on Saturdays after the 9am class. Each athlete who competes will be judged and scored based on their performance. Please come and cheer for your friends and encourage your CF7 team!!!
