WOD:
“Diane”
For time, reps 21-15-9 of:
Deadlift (225 lb./165 lb.)
Handstand push up
Post snatch loads and Diane time to comments.
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Burpees

7 minutes of burpees, so much for apealing to the masses! But I do have to say that I’m glad I’ve done 100 for time!

hey everybody! i wanted to wish everyone that is competing in the open this year good luck, do your best and just have fun with it. the team looks great this year and i’ll be keepin up w you guys on here and on the open sight. wish i could be down there competing w you guys. i expect nothing less than regionals for team C7! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

If you want to do the CF7 wod, we will make appropriate adjustments for scaling.

Finish Diane in 9:30 135 dead and not strong enough to do hspu so did 65lb presses. Excited to see the improvement next go-round
